Located along the Bhusawal-Surat Western Railway line, Amalner is a city of great significance in Khandesh, owing to its abundance of cultural, religious, historical, industrial, social, and educational heritage. The city is 56 kilometres from Jalgaon and 36 kilometres from Dhule. In response to the growing population of Amalner and the need to provide educational opportunities for rural students, Nanasaheb D.D. Patil, the president of Dhandaimata Education Society, decided to establish a college in the city. As a result, a senior college affiliated with North Maharashtra University (as referenced in letter number nmu/5/1878) was founded on 6 June 2000 and has since been functioning progressively. Our college is located on the western side of Amalner, situated between Dheku Road and Pimple Road. It comprises two three-storeyed buildings for Arts and Science programs, containing the Principal's Cabin, Office room, Central Library, Laboratories, Staff room, Ladies room, Seminar hall and more. Five acres of land have been procured for future development of the college.
